Trauma is our response to difficult events or circumstances. There’s a common misconception that trauma is only “big events” like experiencing assault or a natural disaster. The truth is, trauma far more common than most people think - nearly all of us have experienced some type of trauma in our life. Learn more about how I work with trauma here.

I am licensed in Colorado and Texas and am registered as an out-of-state telehealth provider in Florida. My listing can be viewed at http://www.flhealthsource.gov/telehealth/

Individual 50-minute sessions are $170. Extended sessions are available upon request.

I accept Medicaid (CO Access) in Colorado.
For all other insurance plans I am considered an out-of-network provider and can provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance company upon request.

I have limited sliding scale slots available. As of Fall 2025, these slots are currently full.

I’ll answer any more questions you have about the process, and from there we will talk about what brings you to therapy and what your goals are. You don’t have to feel like you need to share everything in the first session - I know it takes time to build a relationship.

If you opt for online therapy, my sessions take place through a secure platform. Before each session, you’ll get an email with a link to join. It’s that easy!
