Trauma is our response to difficult events or circumstances. There’s a common misconception that trauma is only “big events” like experiencing assault or a natural disaster. The truth is, trauma far more common than most people think - nearly all of us have experienced some type of trauma in our life. Learn more about how I work with trauma here.

Individual 50-minute sessions are $165. Extended sessions are available upon request.

Yes! I am in-network with Cigna and Aetna insurance plans in Texas. I accept Medicaid (CO Access) in Colorado.

I have limited sliding scale slots available. As of Fall 2024, these slots are currently full.

I know that life is busy, and it can be hard to fit therapy in between work, school, parenting, and everything else in your life. I offer daytime and evening appointments.

I’ll answer any more questions you have about the process, and from there we will talk about what brings you to therapy and what your goals are. You don’t have to feel like you need to share everything in the first session - I know it takes time to build a relationship.

If you opt for online therapy, my sessions take place through a secure platform. Before each session, you’ll get an email with a link to join. It’s that easy!
