I work with clients who are looking for lasting relief from their past and are ready to dive in deep, but haven’t found what they were looking for in therapy before.

Along the way, I’ll help you learn to slow down so you can enjoy the present moment, be gentle with yourself, calm your emotions when you’re feeling overwhelmed, and feel at home in your body.

I get it because I’ve been there - desperate to work through my trauma but frustrated that nothing seemed to help me fully heal. After working through my own healing journey, I decided I wanted to offer to others what finally gave me the opportunity to let the past be in the past.

I am trained in somatic therapy and EMDR, both of which can create stronger mind-body connections, helping you feel more at ease. I’d love to help you dig deep and move forward to create a future that is not controlled by trauma.

Clients describe me as easy to talk to, down-to-earth, and direct. I create a safe and non-judgmental environment for clients looking for a space to be their true selves. I will also bring some humor and lightheartedness into our sessions, and you’ll probably get glimpses of my amazing Great Pyrenees dog in the background from time to time.

I’ll give you tools to become more aware and mindful in your day-to-day life. We’ll use that awareness to bring deep healing and help you calm your emotions when you’re feeling unsettled.


Make connections between past and present

I’ll help you make connections between your past experiences and current patterns and understand how your attachment style influences those patterns.


Process difficult experiences

I’ll help you reprocess difficult memories using EMDR, become aware of how your body is holding trauma, and release trauma that is stored in the body using somatic therapy. We’ll work through your past at your own pace, knowing that healing from trauma is not always a linear path.
